THIAKI Rewarewa honey is produced from own hives and comes from the North Island of New Zealand. Called the New Zealand honeysuckle by early European settlers, honey produced from the rewarewa tree is lightly amber in colour with an intense aroma and has lovely, sweet fruity flavour. Rewarewa honey works very well as a liquid honey for use in baking and sweetening drinks. We are testing every batch of our unpasteurized, unblended raw honey to guarantee the best possible quality and offering it in 3 different sizes – 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg.
