THIAKI Pohutukawa honey is produced from own hives and comes from the coastal regions of the upper North Island of New Zealand. Pohutukawa honey is amongst the whitest in the world. With a slight salty tang and a comparatively sweet flavour, this unique honey is gathered from the bright red flowers of New Zealand’s Christmas tree. We are testing every batch of our unpasteurized, unblended raw honey to guarantee the best possible quality and offering it in 3 different sizes – 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg.
